Join a group of peers for a discussion on: How best to ensure that you and your teams have the most critical capabilities and operational efficiencies required for successful cross-functional collaboration in driving profitable employee and customer-experiences in 2020. Our Alliance Peer Advisory Group Meetings are intimate, in-person gatherings with a focus on sharing insights and experiences based upon the priorities and needs of the Peer Group Members. Group Members share experiences, exchange ideas and hold one another accountable for taking action and making decisions. Our Alliance Peer Advisory Group Meetings are hosted first thing in the morning each quarter, each lasting 90-120 minutes and follow this format:
8:15 AM ET - Coffee, Light Breakfast, Introductions & Heard on the Street -Introductory information, timely market, industry, business or economic information that provide the basis for the topics for Group discussion will be provided to the Group Members in advance of the meeting and will frame the introduction of the discussion topic for this Group Meeting.
9:00 AM ET - A facilitated Peer Advisory Group Discussion - Alliance Peer Advisory Group Meetings have facilitators who help frame the Group discussion and keep it on track. Peer Advisory Group Members will have the opportunity to pose questions, present related issues, opportunities, challenges and solutions to the Group for discussion and problem-solving.
10:15 AM ET - Meeting Round Up - Peer Advisory Group Members are your “Accountability Partners.” We work together to ensure that fellow Members take actions to achieve the next level. A designated Member of the Group will catalog actionable insights, takeaways, and resources offered by the Members, as well as open items that will need to be addressed in the future or by the Alliance Peer Advisory Networks at large. A Recap of the discussion will be provided to the Peer Advisory Group Members so that Group Members can review and take action.
